Representative engagements in the bankruptcy and insolvency area include: (a) representing debtor Nanogen, Inc. and affiliates in the sale of their assets under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code; (b) serving as counsel or co-counsel to the Creditors Committees of Visteon Corporation, Sea Launch Company, Merisant Worldwide, and Qimonda; and (c) the Prepetiton Agent in Global Safety Textiles, and Flying J Inc.
