Leigh-Anne joined the firm in 2009 as a lateral associate in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Practice group. Leigh-Anne has experience in representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and other parties in Chapter 11 cases. 

Representative Matters

Leigh-Anne's more recent matters include representation of: the Senior Noteholders in the AbitibiBowater case; the Senior Lender in the Capmark case; the Plan Administrator in the Aspen Executive Air case; and the Creditors Committee in the Lang Holdings, Samsonite and OTC Holdings cases.
