Amanda is an associate with the firm and has worked in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice since joining the firm in 2004. In law school, Amanda served as Executive Editor of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and received the 2004 Outstanding Editorial Board Member Award. She also served as Legal Intern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware during the summer of 2002. More recently, Amanda was recognized by the Delaware Supreme Court as a recipient of the Exemplary Pro Bono Publico Service Award.
Amanda currently represents a number of creditors asserting administrative claims under Sections 503(b)(9) and 503(b)(1)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code in the Global Home Products case and represents debtor Inland Fiber Group as Delaware counsel in its chapter 11 case.
