Gregory A. Taylor

Greg is a director of the firm and has been a member of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice since joining the firm in 2000.  Greg regularly represents corporate debtors, creditors committees, Chapter 11 trustees, and various other creditor constituencies including secured lenders, buyers of assets, commercial landlords and personal property lessors.  Greg also maintains a bankruptcy litigation practice involving, among other things, preferences, fraudulent transfers, reclamation claims and professional fee disputes. 

Representative Matters

Greg has served as lead or Delaware counsel in a number of complex bankruptcy cases including the following representative matters: The Creditors Committees in the Visteon Corporation, WL Homes, Cynergy Data, KB Toys, Meridian Automotive Systems, Pliant Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum, Pharmaceutical Formulations, Inc., and DESA Holdings Corp. cases; the Equity Committee in the Washington Mutual case; the Debtors in the CFM U.S. Corporation, Essential Therapeutics, IQ NetSolutions, and Morphogen Pharmaceuticals cases; the Shaw Group Inc. as asset purchaser in the Stone & Webster case; the Plan Administrator in the Aspen Executive Air, Budget Group, Cable & Wireless, and Vectour cases; and the Foreign Representatives in the Chapter 15 proceedings of Spansion Japan Ltd. and Skypower Corporation.
