Lauren E. Maguire

Lauren has been an associate of the firm since 2002 and is a member of the Corporate Litigation and Counseling group, Commercial Litigation and Counseling group and Intellectual Property group.   Her corporate practice involves the representation of officers, directors, stockholders, corporations, partnerships and other entities in fiduciary duty litigation, contests for control, contract actions and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law.   Her work with the Intellectual Property group involves providing Delaware litigation counsel services to in-house attorneys and other law firms in patent and trademark disputes. 

 Lauren also provides pro bono services through the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.

Lauren is serving or has served as counsel in a variety of corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters in the Delaware state and federal courts, including the following representations: Prescott Group Small Cap, L.P. v. Ch. 2006); In re Appraisal of Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc. (Del. Ch.); NetRatings, Inc. v. Coremetrics, Inc. (D.Del. 2006); Martek Biosciences Corporation v. Lonza Ltd. (D.Del. 2006); In re '318 Patent Infringement Litigation (D.Del.).
