Benjamin Wilson Keenan

Ben is an associate with the firm and has been a member of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice and the Corporate Litigation and Counseling practices since joining the firm in 2005.

Representative Matters

Ben has counseled parties with respect to “forward contract issues” and represented defendants in adversary proceedings under section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.  Ben’s practice includes representation of a commercial truck dealership and representation of parties in construction litigation.
