Ben is an associate with the firm and has been a member of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice and the Corporate Litigation and Counseling practices since joining the firm in 2005.

Representative Matters

Ben's more recent matters include representation of: the Plan Administrator in the Aspen Executive Air case; an administrative claimant and contract party in the Spansion case; the Examiner in the Anderson News case; and numerous defendants in adversary proceedings under section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.
