Tiffany Geyer Lydon

Tiffany is an associate with the firm who practices in the Commercial Litigation and Counseling, Corporate Litigation and Counseling and Intellectual Property Litigation groups.  Tiffany has been involved in commercial and corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court and Delaware Supreme Court and has also aided clients in Delaware transactions and the formation of Delaware entities.  Tiffany has also appeared in patent litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware that has encompassed a variety of technologies, including the telecommunications, software, pharmaceutical, automobile and healthcare fields.
