Tiffany Geyer Lydon

Tiffany is counsel with the firm and practices primarily in the Intellectual Property group.  She has appeared in patent litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware that has encompassed a variety of technologies, including the telecommunications, software, pharmaceutical, automobile and healthcare fields.  Tiffany also practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Counseling and Corporate Litigation and Counseling groups.  She has been involved in commercial and corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court and Delaware Supreme Court and has also aided clients in Delaware transactions and the formation of Delaware entities.
