John G. Day

John is a director of the firm’s Intellectual Property group.  His practice focuses on providing Delaware litigation counsel services for in-house attorneys and many of the nation’s leading intellectual property firms in patent and trademark disputes before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, both on the plaintiff and defense side.  John is involved in a broad variety of intellectual property and commercial disputes pending before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, consumer electronics, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, and other technologies.
