Andrew D. Cordo

Andy is an associate with the firm and has been a member of the firm’s Corporate Litigation and Counseling and Commercial Litigation and Counseling groups since joining the firm in 2004.  Andy has represented clients in a broad variety of disputes in every state and federal court in Delaware.  His practice includes contract, tort and fiduciary actions, with a focus on litigation in the Court of Chancery arising under the Delaware General Corporation Law.

Representative Matters

Andy has served as Delaware counsel in a variety of corporate and commercial matters in the Delaware Courts, including representing Liberation Investments in a successful proxy fight with Bally Entertainment and Icahn Partners Master Fund, L.P. and other unrelated institutional investors in In re Appraisal of Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc.
