Don is a director of the firm and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice. For over 20 years, Don has practiced bankruptcy law in a number of jurisdictions, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Arizona. Since 2001, he has practiced exclusively in Delaware’s Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining Ashby & Geddes, Don was a trial attorney with the Office of the United States Trustee in Delaware.

Don has served as lead or Delaware counsel in a number of complex bankruptcy cases including the following representative matters: The Prepetition First Lien Agent in Dura Automotive Systems; the Creditors Committee in Meridian Automotive Systems and Pliant Corporation; the Debtor in Inland Fiber Group, Trenwick America Corporation and Arnold & Baker Farms; and the Chapter 11 Trustee in Napster, Inc.
