Don is a director of the firm and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency practice. For over 20 years, Don has practiced bankruptcy law in a number of jurisdictions, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Arizona. Since 2001, he has practiced exclusively in Delaware’s Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining Ashby & Geddes, Don was a trial attorney with the Office of the United States Trustee in Delaware.

Don has served as lead or Delaware counsel in a number of complex bankruptcy cases including the following representative matters: The Creditors Committees in Lang Holdings, Meridian Automotive Systems, AFY Holdings and Pliant Corporation; the Debtors in Broadstripe, LLC, Inland Fiber Group, Trenwick America Corporation and Arnold & Baker Farms; the Senior Prepetition Lenders in the Capmark (CitiBank), Pacific Energy (Goldman Sachs/J. Aron & Co.), Flying J (Wilmington Trust) and American LaFrance (Patriarch Partners) cases; the Chapter 11 Trustee in the Napster case; Goldman Sachs' affiliate, J. Aron & Co., as swap participant, lender and litigant in the SemCrude case; and the Liquidators in the Goody's, Boscov's and Ritz Camera cases. Don was also appointed as Examiner in the Anderson News case.
