Client-Oriented Culture

The founders of Ashby & Geddes believed that a firm could be built that delivered extraordinary legal services for its clients and yet remained a place that lawyers and staff alike enjoyed getting up and going to every morning.  That meant recruiting highly qualified individuals who would roll up their sleeves for the client out of professional motivation and not in response to a billing quota.  It meant encouraging professionals and staff to honor commitments at home and in the community, trusting that each person could and would balance those commitments consistent with the firm’s goal of being second to none in what we do for our clients.
